The local organizing committee of the fifteenth International Conference on Cold Regions Engineering is proud to announce that the conference will be held in Quebec City, Canada in August of 2012. The conference will include a wide variety of topics under the theme: “Sustainable infrastructure development in a changing cold environment”. The objectives of the conference are to foster knowledge exchange and promote technological advancement in the area of cold regions engineering. The conference will be held in historic Quebec City, cradle of French civilization in North America and UNESCO World Heritage Site, during the most pleasant summer weather period.
