Registration
Pre-registration has ended. Anyone still wishing to register can do so on-site at the conference from Aug. 3 - 5.
To register for the conference you will need to first create an account on the conference website (www.csce.ca/2010/smsb/
). If you have already submitted a paper or poster, you must use the same account for registration that you used for paper submission. Regsitrations should be submitted using the account of the individual attending the conference. Only one registration is allowed per account. After you have created an account, follow the Register link on the website to complete your registration. .
Please note, in order for your paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings, you MUST register for "One Day" OR "Full Conference".

(1) All prices are in Canadian dollars and include the following taxes: GST & PST for purchases before May 1 and HST for purchases from May 1 onward.
(2) The early-bird rate is valid until midnight (EDT) April 30, 2010.
(3) “One Day Registration” includes technical sessions, coffee breaks, and luncheon on the indicated date (i.e., Aug. 4 or 5).
(4) Students attending the full conference or anyone attending 1 day of the conference on Aug. 5 can purchase a separate banquet ticket for $100.
Both tours occur from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm on Friday Aug. 6. Please select only one of the 2 tours when completing your registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Registrar before July 20, 2010 for a full refund minus an administration fee (15%). No refunds after July 20, 2010, however a registration may be transferred to another individual of the same status if the Registrar is informed in writing before July 30, 2010.
On Site Registration
Registration forms received after July 20, 2010 will not be processed. After this date on-site registration will be necessary. You can save time by filling out the pdf registration form before hand. Please note that the hotel requires confirmation of numbers in advance of the event, consequently the conference cannot guarantee that meals and the banquet will be provided to any on site registrants. Full registration fees will still apply in this case. You are encouraged to register before July 20.
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation will be e-mailed to all advance registrants within one week of registering for the conference. If you do not receive confirmation within one week, please email: smsb2010@ontario.ca, referencing “CSCE 2010 Bridge Conference Registration” in the subject line.
Payment Information
Acceptable forms of payment include: CHEQUE or Bank Draft: payable to “CSCE Bridge Conference 2010” ; CREDIT CARD: VISA, MasterCard. When entering credit card information on-line, please omit any spaces.
If you are unable to register on-line e-mail: smsb2010@ontario.ca, referencing “CSCE 2010 Bridge Conference Registration” in the subject line. Full payment MUST accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or purchase order.

Advance registrants will receive their name badges and any tickets ordered at the on-site Registration desk during Registration hours.
