Registration

Online registration is now available ...

To Register for the conference, you will need to first create an account on the conference website (www.csce.ca/2010/annual). If you have already submitted a paper, you must use for registration the same account that you used for paper submission. After logging in with your account, go to the secured registration website and follow instructions to complete your registration.

If you are unable to register online, download and complete the PDF registration form (Click here to download the registration form). Mail/Fax you full payment and the completed registration form to the address/fax number indicated in the form. Registration form will not be processed without full payment.

Please note, on order for your paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings, you must register for the conference. Please go to the Technical Program web page and check the submission rules.

You are encouraged to register for the conference before submitting your accepted final paper. If you are not planning to register for the conference before submitting your accepted final paper, a non-refundable deposit of $300 will be required with every accepted final paper (Please go to the Technical Program web page and check the submission rules). Download and complete the paper deposit form (Click here to download the paper deposit form), mail/fax your paper deposit payment and the completed form to the address/fax number indicated in the form. Paper deposit payments can not be submitted through online registration system. The deposit will be deducted from the author's registration fees.

President’s breakfast. Vic Perry, CSCE’s in-coming President, invites all students and associate members to join him and the Section Chairs for breakfast on June 10, from 7:00 to 9:00. Students and associate members please indicate your acceptance of Vic’s invitation on your registration - by May 31. Venue information will be sent to breakfast registrants prior to the event. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Registrar before April 30, 2010 for a full refund minus an administration fee ($150). Refunds will be issued after the Annual Meeting. No refunds for requests received after April 30, 2010.
